1. Foundations of Voice & Movement

   ABOUT: The foundations of this workshop are Fitzmaurice Voice work combined with Movement work, Somatic Experiencing and Polyvagal Theory. You’ll also be introduced to three new modalities not taught in previous workshops: EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Brainspotting, and Integrative Self-Hypnosis.

   INCLUDES:

   • One 50-minute private session (in person or virtual) + bonus private session (in person or virtual)

2. Resonance Somatic Therapy: Series of 5

   $700, or $500 if you join with a friend

   INCLUDES:

   • 2-hr. Introductory Session plus 3 private 75-minute sessions

   • Foundations of Voice & Movement workshop

3. Embodied Voice:

   Foundations series

   $1000 or $750 if you join with a friend

   INCLUDES:

   10 75-minute sessions in voice or movement sessions

   Full Immersion

   $1,250, or $1,000 if you join with a friend

   INCLUDES:

   • Foundations of Voice & Movement workshop

   • Integration of Somatic Therapy and Voicework

   • 10 Zoom private sessions or 5 (2 hr) in-person private sessions

Artists, performers, teachers, and creatives who want to reconnect with their body, cultivate a grounded nervous system, and access their authentic voice.

What this work will do:
- Offer tools for nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and embodied vocal and movement expression.

- Help release patterns held in the body and build a more present, resourced relationship with one’s voice.
