In order to help people embody their full potential I offer Somatic therapy, voice & movement training, breath-based body work, audition and on-set coaching, and a combination of these. My approach is rooted in a deep and fluid listening to the body.

I am located in Los Angeles. I serve clients from Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Burbank, Studio City, and North Hollywood. My Laurel Canyon studio, where I offer private coaching, is centrally located between West Hollywood and Studio City--a short drive from a number of locations in Los Angeles.

Whether you want to process trauma, find your voice, or simply become more comfortable in your own skin, I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.

I work with actors to help them connect more deeply to their material. I work with performers who feel nervous when they audition and professionals who feel anxious when speaking publicly. My group voice classes in Los Angeles are for people who want to explore their fully-embodied voice. I also offer voice and singing workshops for those who want to find their full and authentic voice. My private coaching in Los Angeles is individually oriented to meet my clients' needs.
